At Sheen Redolent, we craft each scented candle with love to make your moments unforgettable. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, and if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Below is our return and exchange policy for orders placed on sheenredolent.com.
7-Day Return & Exchange Window
If you’re not fully satisfied with your candle, you can return or exchange it within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Video Proof Requirement
To process a return or exchange, please provide a video of you opening the package to confirm the condition of the item. This ensures a fair and smooth process for everyone.
How to Return or Exchange
- Email us at sheenredolent@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and whether you’d like a refund or a different candle.
- Attach the video of you opening the package.
- We’ll respond with instructions and a return shipping address. Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of receiving our instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s complete. Please note that the original 80 INR shipping fee is non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your candle for a different scent or product, we’ll send the new item once we receive and inspect the returned item. If the new item costs more, we’ll ask you to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference. Shipping fees for the replacement item are on us if the original item was damaged or incorrect; otherwise, you’ll cover the 80 INR shipping fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your candle arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at sheenredolent@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost, and we’ll cover return shipping.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
Candles that have been used, altered, or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
