1. What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer a flat shipping rate of 80 rupees for all orders within India. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
3. What is your return policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that you’ll need to provide a video of you opening the package as proof when requesting a return.
4. Are your candles made with natural ingredients?
Yes! Our candles are crafted with care using natural soy wax and premium fragrance oils. We believe in creating products that are as kind to the environment as they are to your senses.
5. How long do your candles burn?
Our candles have an approximate burn time of [X] hours, depending on the size. To ensure the longest possible burn time, we recommend trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before each use.
6. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?

To get the most out of your Sheen Redolent candle, we recommend trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before each use, allowing the wax to melt evenly across the surface, and never leaving a burning candle unattended.
