Delivery: A Journey Across India

• Shipping Times: We process your order in 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location in India.
• Shipping Costs: A flat fee of 80 rupees applies to every order, no matter what you buy or how much.
• Tracking: You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships, so you can watch it make its way to you.
• Packaging: We pack each candle with care using eco-friendly materials to keep it safe and fragrant.

Returns: Your Happiness Matters

• Return Policy: Not happy with your purchase? You can return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Process: Email us at sheenredolent@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. You’ll need to send us a video of you opening the package as proof. We’ll guide you through the next steps after that.
• Refunds: Once we get your return, refunds are processed in 5-7 business days. We’ll let you know by email when it’s done.
