• Order Process: When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we’ve received your request, but acceptance occurs only when we ship your order.
• Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. The 80 INR shipping fee is added at checkout.
• Payment: We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Payments are processed through a trusted gateway.
• Order Changes/Cancellations: Contact us at sheenredolent@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Changes are subject to availability and processing status.
